1. What Verilearn is
Verilearn is an AI-assisted learning platform where you can generate courses on any topic, work through lessons at your own pace, pass assessments, and earn publicly verifiable certificates that prove what you have learned. By using Verilearn you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in via Google OAuth. Verilearn stores the name and email address returned by Google, plus your learning activity (course progress, quiz answers, scores, and prompts you use to generate courses). You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Verilearn for lawful, personal, or professional learning. You must not use the platform to generate or distribute content that is deceptive, harassing, or otherwise illegal. Automated scraping, bulk certificate generation for misrepresentation, or attempts to circumvent assessments undermine the integrity of your credentials and are prohibited.
4. Certificates and public profiles
Every certificate issued by Verilearn is publicly verifiable. Anyone who has the certificate link or serial number can verify its authenticity — this is a core feature of the platform and cannot be disabled. If you opt in to a public learner profile, that profile and the certificates attached to it are visible to anyone on the internet, permanently, for as long as your account exists. Think carefully before opting in if you prefer privacy.
5. AI-graded assessments
Assessments on Verilearn are graded by AI systems. These systems are carefully designed but may be imperfect — a grade may occasionally be too generous or too strict. If you believe a score is wrong, contact us and we will review it. We do not guarantee that a Verilearn certificate will be accepted by any employer, institution, or third party.
6. Third-party content
Courses on Verilearn may embed content from third-party platforms, including YouTube videos and other sources. That content remains the property of its creators. Verilearn does not claim ownership of third-party material. All embedded content is attributed to its source and plays through official, licensed embeds (for example, the YouTube iframe API). By using those embeds you are also subject to the third party's terms of service.
7. Paid plans and refunds
Some features of Verilearn may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing nit.dhasmana@gmail.com. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. Certificates you earned during a paid period remain valid after cancellation.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Verilearn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated course content will be accurate or complete. Use the platform as one learning tool among many, not as your sole source of truth on any subject.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verilearn and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or data. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a revised date. Continued use of Verilearn after the update constitutes acceptance. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, via email or an in-app notice).
